Where the Bruder Mill once stood, HOY now welcomes guests as part of the HENRII GROUP. From the very beginning, it was important to us to preserve the history of this place. Each room was designed to become something special, and HOY itself a place that brings together regional history and stylish comfort. Diese Idee, Tradition zu bewahren und neu zu interpretieren, spürt man auch in der dazugehörigen Brauereigaststätte GRASER. This idea of preserving tradition while reinterpreting it can also be experienced in the associated brewery tavern GRASE Here, Graser beers bring original recipes from 1866 into the present day.
